In 1999, Daniel returned to Spain and established his own legal practice, also serving as a Consumer Arbitrator. Since 2005, he has focused on advising British and other international clients, specialising in Spanish property conveyancing, wills, inheritance, and accounting services for self-employed professionals.
Alongside his legal practice, Daniel lectures on Master’s programmes at the University of Valencia (UV) and CEU Cardenal Herrera University, and has delivered professional training for the Valencia Bar Association since 1999. In 2022, he received the prestigious Ángel Herrera Award, having been voted Best Lecturer by students across all Master’s programmes at CEU Cardenal Herrera University.
Outside his legal practice, Daniel has a lifelong passion for Northern Soul music. He is a DJ, record collector and promoter of Northern Soul all-nighters. He also enjoys riding his 1964 Lambretta and has a keen interest in mid-century antiques.
